Enter the destination address. Carefully read the 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy Policy' documents. If you agree with the terms of these documents, click on the checkbox and double-check all entered data. If everything looks good, proceed to the next step by clicking 'Exchange now'

Your transaction is now initiated. On the same page on the left, you will see a unique identifier (ID) assigned to this transaction. The identifier is necessary when contacting technical support in case of transaction problems. On this page, you will also see the wallet address. This is the address to which you must send the coins you want to exchange. For some currencies, in addition to the address, a TAG (Payment ID Tag Message Memo) will be shown. Never send your money without the TAG, your money can be lost forever! The specified address will be reserved for this transaction, and the Swapftm service will wait for the money to be sent to this address for 240 minutes. You must send the money before this time expires. After 240 minutes, the address will be removed, and the exchange will not be made after this time. After 360 minutes from the initiation of the exchange request, this address may be provided to other users for exchange. Never send your money after the 240 minutes from the initiation of the exchange request have expired! Your money can be lost forever! Never resend your money to an address received in one request!

As soon as we receive the coins, our service will automatically exchange your currency on the cryptocurrency exchange at market orders and instantly send them to the address specified in step 2. Since all exchanges are made on the cryptocurrency exchange at the order book, our service does not fix the exchange rate. The calculator shows the expected rate of the service. Also, this rate does not include the commission for sending to cryptocurrency exchanges. Therefore, due to the high volatility of the cryptocurrency market, you may receive less money than shown in the calculator.

We usually spend 10-30 minutes on completing the transaction. In some cases, the waiting time can be increased due to network delays. If you want to make a repeat exchange of the same coin or a different one, you must create a new exchange.
